The menu offers a la carte option, as well as two tastings menus, each composed of either four or six courses.
The courses include a mix of vegetarian, meat, and fish dishes. They showcase the diverse flavors of the region, using ingredients from the mountains, fresh and saltwater sources, and the countryside. In the kitchen, we choose ingredients based on the season and close proximity to the restaurant.

The cover of our menu was created in collaboration with American artist Todd T. Brown. Originally from Vermont, Todd moved to Fontecchio in 2019 to work on cultural regeneration projects through art. Some of his abstract works are displayed on the walls of our living rooms, creating an interesting contrast with the classic architectural setting. The menu illustration for Costa di Maggio is a mixed media piece titled “Us Saturated Together.” Rooted in the concept of “aliveness,” Brown’s art uses shapes, marks, and colors to express the harmony between the soul, the human body, and the surrounding environment.
